Deep Learning Regulation of the Fano Effect in Microring Resonators

  • The sensing performance is optimized by constructing the cavity array on the microcavity coupled waveguide and regulating its Fano linearly through the deep neural network. Meanwhile, a new forward prediction method can complete the transmission spectrum of the pore array to the microcavity within 24 ms. Using convolutional neural networks and inverse design methods, directional control of the transmission spectrum of microring resonators is achieved. By predicting the variations in the transmission performance of porous microring resonators under different performance metrics, the influence of cavity array structures on transmission performance is investigated.
