A three-frequency simultaneously matching transformer for complex impedances with three-section is proposed. In this paper, based on a lossless transmissionline model, the design equations and corresponding solutions processes for the transformer is derived. The results of the numerical examples show that two complex impedances can be matched at three different frequencies simultaneously. This proposed transformer can be regarded as the extension of a dual-frequency transformer for complex impedances with two unequal sections, as well as the extension of a three-frequency transformer with threesection for two resistances.
